Y.E.S. Club - Youth Empowering Sustainability

This is currently a Telluride High School club full of vocal and active students who want to improve the sustainability of their school, home, town, region, nation and world. We can start small and grow smart.

On average 426,000 cell phones are retired every day. Photo by Chris Jordan

RECYCLE YOUR OLD CELL PHONES AND HELP OUT THE Y.E.S. CLUB!

Wait, who? The Telluride High School’s Youth Empowering Sustainability (Y.E.S.) Club

Say what? Recycling your old cell phones to help us fundraise! All you have to do is simply give us those dead phones sitting in the back of your desk drawer! Funds will go towards supporting the school’s greenhouses and/or the future school composting system!

Okay, so, where? Box locations include: Telluride High/ Middle/Intermediate/Elementary School main entrances, the Palm Theatre lobby, Clark’s Market, TNCC Offices and the Wilkinson Public Library

Now when? Only from November 1st until November 12th, so hurry on in!!!
