About Telluride Townies:

One of the advantages of living in a small town is you can often leave your car at home, more so if you have a bike. However, not everyone  -- especially seasonally workers and commuters -- has access to bicycles.

And so, The New Community Coalition and the Wilkinson Public Library are proud to announce Telluride Townies, a community bike library.

Telluride Townies stands to provide healthy, environmental, recreational opportunities and alternatives to the community.

The bikes, donated from members in the community, will be converted to single speeds at Deep Creek Custom Cycles with the San Miguel Bike Alliance and volunteers.
