Our GBR #13 on Recycling in the region packed the Program Room at the Wilkinson Public Library. We had over 60 folks in attendance!
It's been a delight walking along the River Trail in the morning lately. I do my best to start the day at the Fitness Center - then walk to work. Trying to hit the 10,000 steps per day level that many are talking about. It can be tricky with a 'desk job'.
